Personal review :

• Similar with ICW-32A, except no Tone Squelch decoder capability, but individual tone encoder for both band are available.
• wide band TX/RX frequency range (software modification required):
• TX on 106 ~ 190 MHz and 360 ~ 480 MHz
• RX on 63 ~ 175 MHz, 390 ~ 520 MHz, and 830 ~ 995 MHz
• Superior sensitivity on 800 ~ 999 MHz
  
• Interesting feature is "EL" mode for transmitting with 10 ~ 20 mW power ouput, it very useful during operated as mini repeater (full duplex cross band), or while the battery almost empty.
